For this week’s My Captured Moment, I’ve gone back to November 2011 and our first holiday as a family. Lili was almost eighteen months old (so she was walking, talking and becoming a real little madam), when we decided to take her to Dubai. Our good friends were living there at the time, so it was an easy destination choice for us.
These shots were taken on one of our more relaxing days, on the beach. I love how gorgeously chunky she was, and how when she was tired, all she wanted to do was cuddle up with me and go to sleep in my arms. This was such a lovely day and is one I remember with a fond smile. Honestly, is there anything more relaxing or calming than having your baby sleep in your arms?… wherever you are!

I so wanted my little one to be that chunky; it just didn’t happen :-(; not quite as I’d like it anyway. Beautiful shots, delicious skin, lovely pose, and the lovely calm, all captured well. There truly is not much more relaxing or calming than having your baby sleep in your arms anywhere!

I do long to travel again. We haven’t been abroad since the twins arrived. I simply cannot imagine being on a plan with three bored children. These pictures are beautiful. I especially like the third one, it is a precious moment captured xx
