Well hello July, possibly my favourite month of the year! I love the excitement and anticipation of the long summer holidays and the sunny afternoons spent in the park after school. Everyone is happy and the days are full of outdoor fun. But this is not a post about July, this a post about the ten things that made me happy in JUNE.
- School sports day and watching Poppy speed on to win her first race.
- Celebrating Lili’s 9th birthday with a big tropical themed garden party with all her friends.
- Taking Lili to watch Aladdin in the West End (her first ever musical)
- Decorating Iris’ rainbow themed room.
- A Mary Quant inspired afternoon tea at The Pelham Hotel in London.
- Watching Dead to Me on Netflix.
- Seeing the Dior Exhibition at the V&A – this was simply incredible!
- Organising our August Disney World holiday. Last week was our FastPass day! If you know what this means, you know how exciting it is.
- Seeing the Spice Girls at Wembley stadium, it was a night that took me back twenty years.
