It all started with a lip liner, a lip liner that created such a buzz that it quickly gained ‘cult’ status within the Charlotte Tilbury range. The pretty rose/dark nude shade was everywhere and very soon came the matching matte Pillow Talk lipstick. Applied together they made the perfect dark nude lip duo.
The pretty Pillow Talk Collection has now added two new additions, including; a beautiful eye palette and a gorgeous blusher and highlighter duo.

Knowing that the Pillow Talk shade was a flattering nude (with pretty pink notes), I knew that the eye palette and blusher would be right up my street. And I was right!
The very pretty Pillow Talk Eye Palette includes a pale champagne shimmer shade that’s easy to wear alone for a quick, casual look. There’s also a pinky matte shade that blends perfectly with the paler shade, giving a subtle warm definition, and a darker rose shade that offers a more dramatic definition. Lastly, there’s the characteristic sparkle shade, which in this case is a beautiful rose gold glitter tint that adds a pop of glamour to the look. All in this palette is gorgeous, with some easy to wear nude shades that are perfect for day and night.
Now on to the Pillow Talk Cheek to Chic Blusher, which is a flattering warm nude blush. It’s basically a cross between a bronzer and a blusher, with a pretty shimmering highlighter in the middle. You can either mix both shades for a blend of colour that shimmers, or use the blush on your cheeks and add the middle shade to highlight your cheekbones. I tend to swirl the colours in the day and apply them separately for a more ‘made-up’ night time look.
The Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Collection is definitely a range that will look good on most. There’s nothing scary or ‘out there’ here, just a gorgeous range of nude shades that will give your complexion a pop of health and beauty in an easy to wear, flattering way.

Pillow Talk is my favourite, but I’m going to have a look at Nude Kate as I want something a bit lighter for the day too. The eye shadow palette is so pretty!
